About

Since our chapter’s re-founding in 2000, the Foundation has existed with the goal to support our undergraduate members as they pursue their academic interests.

Scholarship

The Foundation evaluates its success based on the performance of undergraduate students. Raising Kappa Sigma’s academic reputation at Purdue to the highest standard is our primary objective. To support that objective, the Foundation recently initiated its most significant expansion to date by introducing a GPA incentive program accessible to all members of the Chi Chapter of Kappa Sigma.

Grand Prix

The Foundation plays a crucial role in supporting Kappa Sigma Racing, ensuring our members have the necessary resources to participate in Grand Prix. Through the generosity of alumni and friends, the Foundation has helped fund essential equipment, training, and entry fees, empowering our team to excel on and off the track. This ongoing support has directly contributed to our recent competitive successes and strengthened the chapter’s sense of pride and achievement.

Donate

Contributions to the Chi Chapter of Kappa Sigma Educational Foundation are deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes to the extent that the IRS will allow it. The Foundation is established under 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 35-2048347).

Give Back

We warmly invite alumni to schedule a visit to the chapter house to share career insights during a dinner or career talk. In addition, mentorship, participating in resume reviews, or volunteering your time with the alumni association are all impactful ways to give back.
